Responsibilities

•The Administrative Assistant will facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks

•Review spreadsheets for accuracy
•Maintains filing systems as assigned
•Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed
•Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
•Coordinates and schedules meetings and appointments for managers or supervisors
•Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings
•Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings

SUMMARY OF POSITION
The basic functions of the INTSAHDE Installer are the performance of onsite installation, supervision with third party installers, service repair, training and customer service.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide professional turnkey install services including unloading, staging, installation and removal of trash.
  • Perform installations to meet all commitments on time and within budget, to exceed internal and external customer expectations.
  • Keep installation areas clean and free of debris and scrap for safety and reputation
  • Maintain tools/supplies to perform job accurately and safely
  • Completed jobs, awning is assembled and placed, INTSHADE awning is cleaned, and trash removed.
  • Keep Warehouse Manager apprised of activities by making daily contact regarding status
  • Ensure complete load outs on each delivery to reduce return trips
  • Ensure deliveries are made complete and on time while keeping customers updated with delivery times for each stop
  • Ensure company vehicles are clean, empty of trash and personal effects upon return.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School diploma or its equivalent required
  • Ability to perform duties that require standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time
  • Must have a full range of body movements including the use of hands to handle and feel objects such as computer equipment
  • Ability to bend the body, to reach for objects and to crouch when needed
  • Must have command of all five senses: sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Must be able to lift safely 100 pounds with regularity
  • Current driver’s license with clean driving record required
  • Ability to travel, in all types of weather including heavy rain, below freezing temperatures and extreme heat
  • Customer service focus
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret work orders and scheduling reports
  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries or complaints
  • Manage time to complete all required duties
  • Mechanical ability required to assemble furniture and accessories
